Luz García se declara no culpable e irá a juicio

La comunicadora Luz García ha presentado un documento ante el juzgado de Florida, declarándose no culpable de los cargos que se le imputan por conducir bajo la influencia del alcohol en el condado de Collier, Florida. Además, la comunicadora solicitó ser representada por sus abogados durante el juicio programado para el próximo 23 de agosto a las 9:00 de la mañana en la Dirección del Palacio de Justicia.

En el documento presentado por los abogados de Luz Margarita Cecilia García Guzmán, se menciona que la acusada renuncia a la lectura formal de la acusación y solicita expresamente un juicio por jurado, en cumplimiento con la Regla 3.160 (3) del Código de Procedimiento Penal de Florida.
